DLC Diamond Like Carbon Coating can provide up to 100% increase in tool life, edge honed flutes decrease cutting forces and are excellent in finishing operations. Can be used for dry cutting.

High performance variable, unequal 38-42° helix with lapped flutes. Special U-groove design helps reduce heat with high chip removal making these cutters suitable for High Hardness Aluminium.

Also suitable for Copper, Brass, other Non-ferrous Metals and Plastics.
